Hi, my name is Denise but my nickname is DSS (pronounced Dez). It was given to me a long time ago by someone very special so I have always kept it.
This is the first time I have ever blogged so please be patient with me since I am a newbie at this. I have a younger sister that has been after me for some time now to start my own blog, so here it goes. I'm not sure what to do but with your help I guess I will figure it out sooner or later.
I moved about 8 months ago to a small cute little Victorian house and really had to downsize. But since I've been here of course I've started collecting again. I'm finally realizing there is no place to put everything so I have to downsize again.
I have a shop on Etsy that I will be adding lots of new (vintage) items very soon.
And next week I am having a yard sale, it's a MUST!! I live in a cute little town with lots of tourists on the week-end so a yard sale always goes over great. Hopefully it will be a success.
The first week-end in June I will be at an Annual Porch Sale in Amador City. My friend has been doing this for several years and it's always a success. She invited me to join her last year and has asked me again this year. I am so excited, it's always fun and lots of people.

ReplyDeleteHi everyone! Just a quick note to let you know I am still working on getting my page layout done. Haven't quite figured it out yet and haven't had the time. I had to go back to work today after being off for 3 weeks. I hope to retire in the next couple of years so I can create full time and maybe move to TX to be with my sister, brother-in-law, nephew and beautiful niece. She is the only niece in the family.
