I also wanted to tell everyone about the Shabbie Jammie Sisters of whom I am one. My sisters & I have a Facebook page called the Shabbie Jammie Sisters. There are 3 of us and we all love to decorate & create & share new ideas. We have posted several pics and you can find out more about us there.
I also have an Etsy shop called DSS Designs. I have several items listed and am always listing more so please keep checking back.

Here I Go!!! Brand New Blogger
Hi, my name is Denise but my nickname is DSS (pronounced Dez). It was given to me a long time ago by someone very special so I have always kept it.
This is the first time I have ever blogged so please be patient with me since I am a newbie at this. I have a younger sister that has been after me for some time now to start my own blog, so here it goes. I'm not sure what to do but with your help I guess I will figure it out sooner or later.
I moved about 8 months ago to a small cute little Victorian house and really had to downsize. But since I've been here of course I've started collecting again. I'm finally realizing there is no place to put everything so I have to downsize again.
I have a shop on Etsy that I will be adding lots of new (vintage) items very soon.
And next week I am having a yard sale, it's a MUST!! I live in a cute little town with lots of tourists on the week-end so a yard sale always goes over great. Hopefully it will be a success.
The first week-end in June I will be at an Annual Porch Sale in Amador City. My friend has been doing this for several years and it's always a success. She invited me to join her last year and has asked me again this year. I am so excited, it's always fun and lots of people.
I look forward to meeting a lot of new people here in Blog lane, so please drop by often and leave your comments. That's the only way I will know if I'm doing this correctly or not.
